Reservation Deposit
The reservation deposit is 1/2 of the amount of your entire stay or, at a minimum, one night's stay.

Check-in / Check-out Time
Check-in time is 3 pm.
Check-out time is 10 am.
If this presents any problem for you, please contact us so we can make other satisfactory arrangements.

Cancellation
Due to our intimate size, cancellations affect us significantly. In the event that you cancel part or all of the confirmed arrangement, the following charges apply: 25% of the total cost if cancelled within 60 days prior to arrival; 100% if within 14 days of arrival. We highly recommend the purchase of comprehensive travel insurance.

Dining At The Lodge
Each evening we invite all of our guests to share in our Cocktail Hour (7pm - 8pm) where we serve hors d'oeuvres and your favourite beverages. Cocktail Hour is followed by Dinner from 8pm, unless you request another dinner time.

If you are dining at the Lodge, please make a reservation now, or at least 24 hours in advance of your arrival. Our produce, seafood and meat come from local farms that practice ecologically sound agriculture, and we use only the freshest ingredients acquired daily.

Please advise us of any dietary restrictions or other requirements at the time you make your reservation. We are only too happy to prepare gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian, or other cuisine to your liking.

If you are not dining at the Lodge, please allow us to assist with dinner reservations at one our fine-dining restaurants.

The Cocktail Lounge is open daily from Noon.

Christmas Day / New Year's Day Policy
Guests wishing to stay on Christmas Day must check in prior to, or on, 24 December. Guests wishing to stay on New Year’s Day must check in prior to, or on, 31 December.

If you wish dinner at the Lodge on these days, please note that a surcharge of NZ$200 per person will apply. This includes pre-dinner champagne, a gala holiday "Kiwi Barbeque" dinner and a selection of award-winning New Zealand wines with dinner.
